Our church does what it does in two ways.
First, we have a great bunch of volunteers who give their time, energy and skill to running lots of the programs and ministries we run. Second, through the congregation’s generosity we have people who are financially supported to give more of their time to ministry. They are trained and approved to do so by the wider Anglican church.
Michael Robinson is the interim minister of our church while we look for a new permanent minister. Michael is married to Ann and they have four adult children and nine adorable grandchildren. Michael has served in parishes across Sydney and worked for a time as a Christian television producer with Anglican Television (Diocese of Sydney). For thirteen years until his retirement in 2018, Michael was the Senior Minister at Blacktown Anglican Church. He enjoys making music and playing guitar and spending time with his grandchildren. He is passionate about helping people get to know God through Jesus Christ.
Joe Smith is our youth minister. Joe is married to Sarah and together they have four children: Levi, Chloe, Caleb and Talitha. Joe co-ordinates the Friday night Powerpoint youth ministry, leads the Monday night young adults Bible study group and oversees Sunday morning children’s ministry. Joe is also employed as the chaplain at the Georges River Grammar School.
